I was told by a hp that the You send an application and the GML JR chooses to accept it or not

You send in an application (fill it all out) and eventually it will be reviewed by a GML of your server (im a hp on s1 however only play on s1). If you are accepted into the next part (GM school) youll be notified. if you aren't accepted you wont be notified
