I want the stable to form where members interfere in a match to change the outcome and afterwards the stable officially forms. So can the stable interfere/form in Bobby's match or my match?

So even if I don't win the CITC Ladder Match can the members who are able to compete interfere (Bford, Titus, Mick Malone and maybe Bobby)?

Well its official Hysti. ISW is closing. Cobras going back to his old fed to get revenge on the guy that 'injured' him forcing him to leave making him go to ISW. Cobra will also jump straight into the main title picture as the guy who took him out has the main title and Cobra lost the match against him for his career to end. And im bringing 2-3 guys over to the fed. As for Johnny, he's going to the deleted wrestlers pile lol.
